JOB TITLE: Qualitative Research Interviewer
As a Qualitative Research Interviewer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct Primary & Secondary Research for Market Research Outsourcing engagements. You should be ready to work in flexible shift timings.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Collecting data through primary and secondary sources
Preparing transcripts and documenting the final information collected
The role involves making outbound calls into different geographies (UK, US, Australia) etc. in order to collect data through Primary Sources
This data collection is done through CATI (Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews) CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interviews)
Excellent Communication Skills
Quick Learner, team player, Ability to meet dead lines.
Performing Market research, developing data base and generating leads if required.
Result oriented, high energy and good analytical knowledge
Logical approach towards tasks assigned.
