World Pharmacist Day was celebrated at SIILAS auditorium based on the theme “Pharmacists are your medicines experts”. Beginning with the Saraswati Vandana, the program comprised of various educational and cultural events.. A small skit was performed by the students stressing the importance of pharmacist in the society and the healthcare structure. Plants with medicinal value were planted in the surroundings of School of Pharmaceutical Sciences by and in the presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. H.N. Verma. At the end of the program Pharmacist oath was taken by all the faculty members and students to remain honest to the profession and follow the ethics.
