OBJECTIVE OF SESSION: Understanding of efforts made to reach from institute to Industry

An Alumni Interaction was organized on the topic “Journey from Campus to Industry” by Dept. of Food Technology on Friday, 26th August 2022. Many students of B. Tech. Food Technology (I, II, III, IV year) attended the session. Mr. Ankit Singh shared his experiences of learning during graduation followed by working with various companies with different profiles. He emphasized on the role of Food Technologist is the area of food quality and safety. He also discussed about the need of hard work, focused & positive attitude and consistency required in work. He requested students to achieve some value added certificates (HACCP, ISO, FSSC) required in the field of Food Technology. He was delighted to know that Department has already organized a certificate program on HACCP for the students in last session. At last, a detailed Q&A session took place where speaker Mr. Ankit Singh directly answered all the questions of the students.
