Campus Recruitment Training

Our Training and Placement Officers assist students to improve upon their employability by organizing special training camps and workshops. These training and workshops also invite suitable experts from the industry to provide students with in-depth knowledge to align themselves with the industry trends.

Students are trained to work as a team, think analytically, improve presentation and communication skills and develop a positive attitude. This all-round grooming multiplies their chances to get selected by top recruiters at the Campus Placements.

The Training Programme Schedule

Step 1

Student training starts from the first year with basic communication skills through various activities. It helps to motivate the students and to improve their communication and presentation skills. The self-confidence they gain from these activities is the hallmark of any student graduating from JNU, which is a top ranking university in India.

Step 2

The training in the second year focuses upon quantitative and verbal aptitude that continues till the end of the programme to create a holistic personality of the student.

Step 3

The third-year students or the final-year students, as per their choice of course, get a chance to participate in group discussions and mock interviews. The training is conducted during the summer holidays and repeated before they face the final interviews.
