National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the
Department of
Youth Affairs and Sports of the Govt. of India.
NSS work towards the development of humanity and social welfare. The University got one unit of self-finance in 2018 and
later on extended with one more unit in 2023. It is functioning in the University since its existence in the form of
social responsibility as extension activity.
It helps in nurturing and developing the talents of the student to create applicable knowledge in order to support
social and economic advancement.
