Implement infection control protocols and sterilization practices in dialysis units.
Demonstrate knowledge of various vascular access techniques, including the care and maintenance of arteriovenous fistulas.
Identify and respond effectively to potential complications during dialysis, including vascular access problems.
Accurately document patient data, including dialysis treatment details, vital signs and laboratory results.
