All the Faculty Members and Diploma students of SHMCT department learned how to cook Kachori and Moong Dal ka Halwa which are made by Expert Chef Ganga Sahai and Chef Mukesh. The entire Faculty Members and Diploma students got learned timing, consultancy, and textures for Kachori making.
