A Guest lecture on the topic “Product Development and Quality Assurance in Food Industries” was organized for the students of B.Tech. Food Technology (II, IV & VI Semester). The speaker was Ms. Prateeksha Garg, who is Analytical Specialist/ Lab Manager in Nestle R&D Centre India Pvt Ltd., Manesar, and having more than 8 years of job experience in Product Development, R&D and Quality Assurance. She has vast experience as a technical professional specializing in the planning & controlling the design, costing & development operations, development, implementation, and assessment of and training in to food safety, product quality and legality.
