Topic: Pharmacovigilance Sensitization
The Pharmacovigilance sensitization was conducted for Nursing, Paramedical and PG students in the student gallery of JNU Hospital on 19th Sep 2023 from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. The session was taken by faculty of Pharmacology department.
The session was mainly on teaching the audience about medical safety, ADR, 7 Rs of Medications, Near Expiry audit, Prescription writing and Audit, Storage of LASA and HRM, Cut strip policy and Antibiotic policy.
The Pharmacovigilance sensitization was conducted for general public of JNU Hospital on 22nd Sep 2023 from 2:30 to 3:30 pm in the front lobby by the faculty of Department of Pharmacology.
The objective of the session was to make the general public understand about the rational use of medicines and to identify the adverse reactions and report them timely.
