The collaborative effort between Jaipur National University's School of Engineering & Technology, Department of Food Technology, and V R THE WORLD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES culminated in a comprehensive training program titled “Advance Manufacturing Food Safety Training and Certification (FOSTAC)” .The event aimed at fostering expertise in food safety and manufacturing practices, aligning with the requirements outlined in Schedule 4 of Food Safety and Standards Licensing and Registration Regulations, 2011, initiated by FSSAI.
The training program was facilitated by Ms. Sonia Sawhney, a distinguished Food Technologist and HACCP/FSMS Consultant with QCI-NBQP & APEDA approvals. The sessions were designed to equip participants with the requisite knowledge and practical insights into good hygiene and manufacturing practices essential for ensuring food safety compliance. The training emphasized the significance of adherence to stringent quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations to ensure consumer health and well-being. Participants were exposed to case studies, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations, enhancing their understanding of implementing food safety measures in manufacturing processes.
Students were felicitated with a lifetime-valid E-certificate issued by FSSAI.
