NSS Unit , Jaipur National University organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with JNU hospital , on 26th October 2023 at JNU hospital. The program started with heamoglobin and common blood test for the safety of students. The blood donation camp was organized to inculcate concern and empathy for the society. The main purpose of this camp was supplying blood to the blood bank for the need of patients suffering from cancer, Haemophilia and Thalassemia or accident victim .The involvement of distinguished guests like Dr. Amit Kumar and Prof. Rita Arora added to the event’s significance and drew attention to the urgency of addressing blood donation camp. JNU hospital thoughtfully made the event more successful by providing refreshments including juices, tea, coffee, fruits and necessary medical kits to all the participants. The collective efforts and enthusiasm of everyone present made the event an extraordinary success. The event successfully raised awareness about the act of saving someone’s life through selfless services by a donor.
