Students visited Tulsyan Foods (Britannia Bread manufacturing plant) at Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur where they got the knowledge about manufacturing of bread making. They learnt that bread is prepared by using various steps i.e making the mix, kneading the mix, cutting the mix, moulding, proofing, baking, packaging, storage and dispatch. They demonstrated the working of mixer, oven, proofing & cooling chamber and bread slicer section. The company was started in year 1999 with the manufacturing of white bread, brown bread, buns, pao, rusk and other bakery products. Tulsyan Foods Pvt. Ltd. has signed a contract with Britannia Foods Ltd. for manufacturing the bakery products for them in Rajasthan and NCR region.
